ANIMAL POLICY

The animal deposit must be paid and animal addendum signed BY BOTH PARTIES prior to any animal being brought onto any property.

The following dogs are prohibited on all properties: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, any dog mixed with aforementioned breeds, and any dog that has a propensity for vicious behavior.

All animals must be spayed or neutered.

There is a maximum weight limit of 50lbs on all dogs. Apartment homes will have a maximum weight limit of 25lbs.

Prior to the animal arriving at any property, the animal must be brought to the Hunter Rentals office for approval and a picture will be taken of the animal for the file. It is not necessary to physically bring the animal in. We can photograph the animal in your car. Prior notice must be given to the office before you bring your animal in.
