At our discretion, we allow pets on certain properties, with a 2 pet per property maximum. There is a $300 per pet, fully refundable deposit. Please call our office concerning your pet and any property that you are interested in.

The following dogs are prohibited on all properties:  Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows and Doberman Pinschers, OR any dog mixed with aforementioned breeds.

 All animals must be spayed or neutered. 

 WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PET AT OUR DISCRETION.
