At our discretion, we allow pets on certain properties, with a 2 pet per property maximum. There is a $300 per pet, fully refundable deposit. Please call our office concerning your pet and any property that you are interested in. The following dogs are prohibited on all properties: Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows and Doberman Pinschers. All animals must be spayed or neutered. Cats must be declawed and proof provided by documentation.
