To Hunter and Staff
Just want to say I will be ending service for the reason I will be selling the property. I want to say it has been a pleasure working with your management team. For the last couple of years your company has worked with my daughter and I and it has definitely been a pleasure. It was a peace of mind not having to worry your company was always on top of everything. So once again a big thank you to everyone. Definitely recommend your management team.

Hunter Rentals is by far the THE BEST rental company I have ever used. They have excellent employees and run their business professionally and thoroughly. I have used them for 6 years and to this day do not have one complaint. I recommend Hunter Rentals to anyone and everyone that asks me. If you are looking for the right company to manage your properties- you have found it.

Just a note to say you are truly amazing! You are one of the best we have seen in the business! Whether it is showing a house in the rain, negotiating with buyers, expeditiously obtaining bids and arranging contractors to complete repair work, or communicating at midnight to get approvals, you do whatever it takes to get it done! We just wanted to take the time to say how much we appreciate what you do and all the efforts you put forth to get things accomplished. Thank you!

I have enjoyed a very trusted relationship with Hunter Rentals and Sales for almost 40 years. As managers they protect my investments with the highest standards of maintenance and cleaning; a standard which both property owners and tenants sometimes disagree. What do I mean? Well, as a property owner, you don't like being notified that your investment needs work, that will cost money. However, that money is always wisely invested, because it keeps your vacancy rates down. Likewise, the standards that the tenants receive from Hunter (and me) when moving in are expected by Hunter (and me) when they depart. I know the standards are adhered to when tenants move-in. Sometimes not so when they depart. In any case, the standards maintained by Hunter are high which is beneficial to both tenants and investors.
